Educational purpose

Civiko helps you practice civics and English. It is independent of USCIS, provides no legal advice and guarantees neither passing an exam nor any immigration outcome. Follow current official instructions for your case.

Translations, explanations, fictional interviews and practice scores are educational aids. A score is not an official certification or a probability of approval. Written practice does not replace the oral interview.

Accounts and responsible use

Protect your account access, provide accurate profile information and use the service lawfully. Do not submit another person’s documents, impersonate someone, manipulate referrals or purchases, or attempt unauthorized access. Report suspected account misuse to support.

Purchases and refunds

Civiko Pro is presented as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Confirm the actual price, currency, included features and limits in the purchase screen. Local test purchases do not charge money. Availability and purchase channels depend on activation.

App Store and Google Play purchases follow the applicable store’s payment and refund process. Account deletion does not cancel a payment or initiate a refund. A referral code does not automatically change a store price. Any discount applies only in an expressly enabled channel. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Rewards and commercial partners

Friend rewards are app credits and are not cash commissions. Commercial partners require application approval and an active versioned policy. Clicks, installs and registrations alone earn no commission. Read the separate partner policy and application conditions before participating.

Changes, access and questions

Content and available features may change; verify time-sensitive answers with official sources. Misuse or suspected fraud may require review and restriction of access. Contact support to question an error or restriction.

Before commercial launch, the operator must finalize territorial availability, retention rules and applicable commercial terms. Required operator contact details and any governing-law provisions remain pending legal review. Nothing in these terms waives mandatory statutory rights. Material terms will need a dated update and appropriate notice.
